Our Process

Complete a short one-time online customer form covering essential information. Then, shortly before you leave we have an in-person run-through to cover requirements.

Step 1

Arrange a short video call or in-person meeting so we can introduce ourselves, understand your requirements, and answer any questions before confirming your stay.

Step 2

Return home to settled pets, a cared-for home environment, and no post-stay cleaning or laundry to deal with.

Step 3

Enjoy your trip knowing your home is secure with continuous home presence and your pets remain within their familiar routines and environment.
